These are available menus for Property Management Team's userOur Orkidē Mobile App aims to make communication between Property Teams and Residences much easier and provide quick access for residence to request services in one click.
For Property Teams there are currently two features:
- Feedback: allows resident to provide feedback about anything to Property Teams and our team can respond to them via Feedback menu. Learn More
- Extra Services: allows resident to request our services that are listed such as: Refill Cooking Gas, Cleaning Room Services… and our team can Approve the request if it is confirmed or has been done, Chat or Call to customer for more information. Learn More
