Blocking non-official messenger

Dear all,
In order to enforce our IT Policy (Prevent Data Leak) and encourage to use official messenger (Microsoft Team) for working basis in our company we would like to announce that we will block all non-official messenger such as WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Line and others as soon as the date we informed.

In case, who wants to communication as external work please contact to IT Team to allow the specific user account with the approval from management team with reasonable.
Another point, Microsoft Team is the licensed product from Microsoft Corporation that our company has subscribed so you can use effectively, don’t worried about account and data lost on it.

So please kindly move your work group or individual chat to Microsoft Team for work as soon as possible.
We will block all those mentioned application/web app by September 14, 2020.

FYI, the non-official messengers such as WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Line and others is only blocked on Computer. so you all still can use those messengers on smart phone.
